GlaxoSmithKline is a valued client of Optimum Output. Optimum Output has been working with GSK for a few years. A few months ago, we got a call from the GSK Procurement Department. GSK had seen BPR a few months prior and knew its capabilities. There was a requirement where the Procurement department needed to document the entire department's processes within 1 day.

GlaxoSmith Kline called Optimum Output, and within that hour, BPR was deployed. Because BPR requires no training, GSK was immediately able to start documenting what they did, without interrupting their normal work.

Once completed, GSK was thrilled. Yvette Dukes, who led the project had this to say. "Regarding your Business Process Recorder product, it is great!  Our reporting tool migrated to a new environment which offered many enhancements however we lost some functionality that was required to generate and monitor certain types of spend.  The BPR allowed me to document and edit the steps in a very user friendly environment.  The format in which these steps were captured, enabled our IT team to write a report that may now be used by users across our procurement organization."
